Smoking is not allowed neither to organize parties. Animals are not allowed. The apartment is in a residential building, it is appreciated a proper, polite and not harassing behavior. Respect the structure that hosts you. The apartment and the kitchen must be left in the same condition as you found them.

At your arrival

– Mandatory registration of the documents of all occupants.
To be paid in cash:
– Tourist tax of € 3.50 per person / night (max 10 days). Here more information.
– The deposit of € 100.00 (which will be returned upon your departure).

Terms of payment and cancellation

30% deposit upon booking and the balance is due with delivery of the keys. The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit will not be reimbursed

Check-in

CHECK-IN time is by appointment and generally from 13.00 to 21.00, for the night time slots there is a surcharge:
– From 21.00 to 00.00
€ 20.00
– For arrivals after midnight
€ 50.00
Late check-in must be paid in cash upon arrival

Check-out

CHECK-OUT will be before 11.00. If you have different departure needs, please notify us promptly and we will try to find a solution compatible with the cleaning to be organized before the entry of the other guests.
