Magnolia Home Roma is located in a building dated back the early ’30s, with its internal courtyards, around a beautiful Magnolia, bright and quiet with a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, induction cookers, electric oven, coffee machine with pods, double bedroom, closet wardrobe, iron and ironing board and a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Elevator, heating, 49” Smart TV and optic fiber Wi-Fi.

AROUND

In the area you can find plenty of services such as pharmacies, banks, newsagents, laundries, bars, tobacco shops, butchers, vegetables, food and bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, post office, ice cream stands, hairdressers etc. A few steps away, near Ponte Milvio, a vibrant nightlife with a wide choice of bars for aperitifs and dinners.

CONNECTIONS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE

Bus terminus (Piazza Mancini), Taxi station and tram n. 2 (Piazza dei Carracci) that will take you in a few minutes to Piazzale Flaminio (30 min on foot) and Piazza del Popolo where you will find the Metro Line A.

PARKINGS in the immediate vicinity are both free and paid, while the street parking is always free on Saturdays and public holidays.

from any direction you have to reach the G.R.A. to go to the center of Rome

Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.): exit n. 6 Flaminia / Saxa Rubra, direction Rome Center, Tor di Quinto for about 6.5 Km. Continue to Corso Francia, at the end of the Flaminio bridge turn right into via Uruguay. Turn left onto Lungotevere Salvo D’Acquisto and at the traffic light in Piazzale Cardinale Consalvi turn left into via Flaminia. Third road on the right (via Calderini) the first on the left on via Giuseppe Sacconi, 19.

Bus 910 to the bus terminus at Piazza Mancini, walk for about 50 meters to Magnolia home Rome.

.Airport Leonardo Da Vinci – Roma Fiumicino.

From the airport you can take a taxi, shuttles or the Leonardo express train, a non-stop service that connects the airport and the Roma Termini railway station in about 30 minutes.
